The Elgin Children's Foundation was founded in 1992 as public funding for programs began to shrink. We support children's programs which do not receive government funding or for which funding is insufficient.
While we are associated with Family & Children's Services of St. Thomas and Elgin, we are incorporated as a separate body with its own Board of Directors.
Abused and neglected children need help as much as ever. The Elgin Children's Foundation is playing an important role in helping assure that our children's needs are met.
